Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Loading & Unloading: Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets with accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Material Handling: Move materials to designated storage areas, ensuring proper organization and weight distribution.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging before storage or shipment.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand safety labels and instructions.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
- No Experience Needed: We value attitude and drive over experience; training will be provided.
