Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory adjustments to maintain stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse management systems and handheld scanners to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and productivity metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
