Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) and other material handling equipment to move, locate, set-up and distribute products.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks, trailers, or shipping containers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and stocking products according to established procedures.
- Conduct routine safety inspections of the forklift and warehouse area to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Perform general warehouse duties such as sweeping, organizing, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CFA, Reach Truck, or Counterbalance preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) and ability to operate a forklift safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
