Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
- Load and unload freight trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and handled with care.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts as required.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely processing of orders.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Excellent manual dexterity and coordination.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Phoenix, AZ.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work hours and inventory data.
