Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently at all times.
- Load and unload trucks, railcars, and shipping containers with accuracy and speed.
- Verify and count stock items against paperwork to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and communicate maintenance needs to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required. We provide the training you need.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
