Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and organize materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on all equipment to ensure proper working order.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety regulations and warehouse SOPs at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including trash removal and aisle clearing.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (must be presented at interview).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic reading and writing skills for completing daily logs and safety reports.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when needed.
