Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials according to safety protocols.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain stock accuracy within the warehouse management system.
- Ensure all loading and unloading procedures adhere to Safety and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize shipping and receiving efficiency and meet daily targets.
- Inspect equipment for damage and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Reach Truck, Sit-Down Forklift, or Order Picker).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
