Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers, pallets, and skids safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning, tagging, and documentation.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of debris to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A or B) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
