Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict accordance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Verify and count stock items to ensure accuracy in inventory records and shipping orders.
- Move pallets and materials to designated storage zones efficiently and without damage.
- Perform routine equipment pre-shift inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training (we provide this).
- Basic math skills required for inventory counting and stock verification.
- Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
