Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock placement within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections of forklifts and equipment.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movements.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and excellent teamwork skills.
