Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials to and from designated storage areas.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to maximize space efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred or willingness to obtain).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics environments is a plus.
