Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials to and from designated storage areas.
- Conduct daily pre-operational inspections of forklifts, reporting any mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and facilitate order fulfillment.
- Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred or willing to obtain).
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
