Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products safely.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment to ensure operational safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment at all times.
- Verify inventory accuracy and organize stock according to company standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
