Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move products.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring goods are secured and organized properly.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues to management.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts, picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of shipments.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and flexible shifts as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
