Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline warehouse operations
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Train new team members on equipment operation and safety standards
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification required
- Minimum 2 years of industrial forklift experience
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
