Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and stage materials.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all forklifts and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in shipping and receiving activities as required by the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Forklift License required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work night shifts (3rd shift) reliably.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics preferred.
