Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks) to move, locate, and stack merchandise.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections and safety checks on all equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts within the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
