Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload shipments from trailers, ensuring accurate inventory counts.
- Inspect forklift equipment for mechanical issues before and after each shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow during night operations.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Willingness to work night shifts (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and data entry.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
