Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Order Picker, and Stand-up) safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and conveyors with precision and speed.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure safety compliance and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Certification: Must possess a valid OSHA forklift operator certification.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- License: Valid Driver's License required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.
