Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure operational safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the workspace remains organized, clean, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals.
- Handle heavy pallets and packages with care to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CLP/CDL preferred, on-the-job training available).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license (required for driving duties).
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
