Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to safely load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure all machinery is in proper working order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized according to company standards.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Assist in the packaging, labeling, and shipping of orders to meet delivery deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding stock levels and potential hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid and current OSHA-certified Forklift Operator License (Class 1 or Class 3).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience operating forklifts in a logistics or warehousing environment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety compliance.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
