Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse (training provided).
- Load and unload freight from incoming and outgoing trucks safely and efficiently.
- Stack and organize products in designated storage areas to maximize space.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan and track inventory.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet nightly production goals.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required; we provide comprehensive paid training and certification.
- Ability to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to the Tampa facility.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
