Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and document any discrepancies immediately.
- Organization: Sort, pack, and label products efficiently to prepare them for distribution.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic pre-shift inspections on warehouse equipment to ensure safety standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- WMS Operation: Utilize Warehouse Management Systems to track stock levels and update digital records.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting, sorting, and labeling inventory.
