Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, ensuring accurate inventory counts.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet strict shipping deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate records of inventory levels within the warehouse.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on material handling equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse aisles clean, organized, and clearly marked to prevent accidents and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliability: Strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
