Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently according to company protocols.
- Load, unload, and stage pallets in designated areas to maintain inventory flow.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Verify inventory accuracy by checking stock against orders and logs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior forklift experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but a plus).
