What You Will Do:
- Operate sit-down and reach trucks to load, unload, and organize inventory with precision.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections and equipment maintenance checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Handle heavy pallets and materials with proper lifting techniques and equipment.

Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
