Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to load and unload materials.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Assist with inventory management, including scanning and stock counting.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification through our training program.
- Basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
