Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Perform daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in packaging and preparing shipments for delivery to customers.
- Conduct routine pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Experience: Previous forklift experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
