Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers with precision, ensuring cargo security.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety checks and maintenance on equipment.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock organization, and cycle counting.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Good hand-eye coordination, balance, and motor skills.
- Basic math skills for reading labels and counting inventory.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
