Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (including Reach Trucks and Pallet Jacks) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and trailers according to safety protocols.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory to maintain a clutter-free workspace.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and writing skills for logging operational data.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
