Responsibilities
- Safely Operate Equipment: Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials efficiently throughout the facility.
- Inventory Accuracy: Perform accurate counts, tagging, and placing of stock to ensure inventory levels match records.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical or safety issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations, company policies, and workplace housekeeping standards.
- Material Handling: Stack, organize, and secure pallets to optimize warehouse space and workflow.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening (Mandatory).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Attendance: Strong commitment to punctuality and reliability is essential.
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required by business needs.
