Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to load, unload, and move materials safely.
- Inspect equipment before use and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Accurately count, scan, and document inventory shipments.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily quotas.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and logs.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new safety procedures.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
