Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (Reach Truck, Pallet Jack, etc.) safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are handled with care and placed in designated areas.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure all safety mechanisms are functioning correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including scanning barcodes and updating inventory logs.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Attitude: Must have a strong willingness to learn, follow directions, and maintain a safety-first mindset.
- License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not required for entry-level operators.
