Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move pallets, racks, and inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain precise stock records using our digital tracking systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with all OSHA safety regulations, warehouse protocols, and company policies at all times.
- Load and unload trucks with precision to prevent damage to goods and ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on forklifts and immediately report any mechanical issues or safety hazards.
- Keep the warehouse aisles organized, clean, and properly labeled to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) with a valid operator license.
- Proven experience operating various types of forklifts, including Counterbalance and Reach Trucks.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Previous experience in a high-volume warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
