Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory organization and stock rotation to ensure efficient warehouse flow.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding shipment statuses and potential issues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) through our training program.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and writing skills for safety documentation and logbooks.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
