Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Stack and organize inventory in designated storage areas.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections of all equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all company safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and cycle counts.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory needs and safety hazards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
