Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Perform daily quality checks on inventory to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping processes.
- Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stockroom organization.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification through our paid training program.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and understand shipping labels and logs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
