Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack and prepare customer orders according to pick lists and safety guidelines.
- Verify product quantities and quality before packaging to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Label packages accurately and apply shipping tags or stickers.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as handheld scanners and packing tables.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station to ensure safety compliance.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail packing role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
