Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders and company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (provided) such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scanners to move inventory efficiently.
- Verify items against invoices or shipping orders, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Sort, organize, and store incoming stock in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read barcodes or labels.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly under pressure.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Stockton facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
