Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, locate, and retrieve merchandise.
- Inspect forklifts and warehouse equipment daily to ensure they are in proper working condition and report any issues.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring inventory is accounted for and properly organized.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Stock shelves and organize storage areas to ensure maximum efficiency and retrieval speed.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as directed by the warehouse supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job forklift training and certification.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and weighing.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
