Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently drive and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move, locate, and stack merchandise.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and warehouse organization.
- Loading and Unloading: Load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring packages are secured and handled with care to prevent damage.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all work meets company quality standards before moving to storage or shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company safety protocols at all times.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory counts, and equipment checks.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Previous forklift experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We will train the right candidates.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions in a warehouse environment.
- Attention to Detail: Must be able to focus on tasks and follow instructions precisely.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred.
