Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load and unload trucks and shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular safety checks and preventative maintenance on forklift equipment.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage inventory using RF scanners and computer systems.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality control standards.
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CPS/CFP) required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, nights, and overtime.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis facility.
