Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Accurately inventory and tag stock to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and operational protocols.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (valid license required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and basic computer literacy for inventory tracking.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
