Responsibilities
- Operate electric and gas-powered forklifts safely to load, unload, and move materials to and from the shipping docks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and adheres to OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Handle materials with care to prevent damage and ensure product integrity.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (CDL Class B is a plus but not required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging inventory.
