Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to verify inventory levels.
- Label, wrap, and secure packages to ensure safe delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including pallets and aisles.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification provided upon hire).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn WMS software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
