Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with the highest level of accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Identify and report damaged goods or inventory discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in maintaining a high level of customer service by ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn Warehouse Management Systems quickly.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
