Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload freight from trucks and shipping containers, ensuring proper handling and placement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and logging stock movements in the warehouse management system.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe, working condition before use.
- Keep the warehouse organized and safe by adhering to 5S methodologies and safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (must be present for interview).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
