Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery safely in accordance with all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Load, unload, and stage materials with precision to ensure order accuracy and prevent damage.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and ensure stock is organized according to safety standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline warehouse flow and meet tight deadlines.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator license (valid for Class I, II, or III forklifts).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
