Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load and unload shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
- Inventory management: Pick, pack, and stage materials according to order tickets.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification through our training program.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
