Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of machinery to ensure all safety protocols are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Verify inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock placement in designated zones.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed, including packaging and labeling.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Must possess valid license).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
